How to return:
- Contact us at support@skinslab.co.uk with your order number
- We'll provide a prepaid return label
- Send the device back in its original packaging (device, box, manual, charger)
- Once we receive and inspect it, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
What's not eligible:
- Devices damaged due to misuse or neglect
- Returns after 30 days from purchase date
- Items without original packaging or accessories
